Santee School District Guitar Classes
Santee School District
After School Guitar Program

The after school guitar class is a 10 week course designed for students in 4th-8th grade with little or no experience and even advanced players. This class focuses on popular styles of guitar playing with an emphasis on technique, music reading, chord symbols, scales, and ensemble performance. This is a no cost program sponsored by the Santee School District Foundation.

Each class size is limited to 32 students. Registration is on a first come first serve basis. All students must register in order to participate.

Students must use an acoustic guitar. Students may bring their own acoustic guitar, rent a guitar, or purchase a new guitar. Due to the popularity of the after school guitar program, all guitar rentals and purchases must be paid online before February 22nd. This process will help ensure a smoother start to the first day of class.  Guitar Rentals Are Now Sold Out.

If you have any questions please call Staump Music School at (619) 212-6656, or email info@staump.com.
