Staump Foundation
Over the past decade, the Staump Foundation has offered various free music programs to the East County community, including the East County Youth Choir, after school guitar programs at all 9 Santee schools, Drumline at Greenfield Middle School, and our own free guitar ensemble.
Through these programs and the help of our partners, we have provided free music education to thousands of East County students.
We believe music is a universal language & is an important part in helping children develop to their fullest potential.

It is our foundation's mission to provide quality music education for students of all backgrounds. That is why, with our newest endeavor, we are awarding music scholarships to students & families in need.
